Bankruptcy Data

Daily data updates and real time reporting of chapter 7, 13 and 11 bankruptcy cases. This includes data from federal courts across the country and information from state courts that file electronically. Federal law requires that all attorneys representing persons filing bankruptcy cases must register with either local district courts or with regional offices operated by United States Trustees throughout each state's judicial districts.
