Mr. Arons is a founding member of the prestigious legal firm, Arons & Solomon, P.A., specializing exclusively in family law since 1991. He is widely recognized in the legal community for his expertise as a matrimonial attorney, boasting exceptional skills in negotiation, litigation, mediation, and collaborative law.

With a strong academic background in finance and business, Mr. Arons graduated with honors in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Following this achievement, he pursued his legal education at Emory University Law School and returned to North Jersey for a distinguished clerkship alongside Superior Court Judge Andrew Napolitano.

In the early stages of his career, he honed his skills in real estate and transactional law at a prominent law firm in Paramus, New Jersey. In 1995, alongside Marion Solomon, he co-founded the reputable law firm, Arons & Solomon. Since 1995, Mr. Arons has held the distinction of being a certified mediator and has, for over fifteen years, served as the chairman of the Bergen County Settlement Panel.

In addition, his significant contributions to the legal field include co-founding the Collaborative Divorce Association of North Jersey in 2006, formerly known as the North Jersey Collaborative Practice Group.
