Audra Bailey Wilcox is the owner and lead attorney at Wilcox Attorneys, PA. The firm’s areas of practice include estate planning, long term care Medicaid planning, business/farm succession planning, probate, wills, trusts and estate planning.
Audra began practicing law in 1998 after she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas. After graduation Audra began her career in the Trust Department of a local bank. After leaving the Trust Department, she opened her own firm and title insurance company. In 2018, Audra transitioned her law firm’s main offices from Farmington to Fayetteville, Arkansas and narrowed her focus to Elder Law and related areas. Her strong background in real estate and corporations has been crucial in her work for her Estate Planning clients.
Audra is a member of the Washington County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Arkansas. She is also a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. The Academy is a limited membership organization with the goal of fostering excellence in Estate Planning. With the Academy she has received extensive and continuous training in all areas of Estate Planning.
