Bill White

Bill happily practices Estate Planning for families, single parents and retirees. He decided to become an estate planning attorney to protect people from experiencing what happened to his grandmother when his grandfather died. As Bill tells it, “When my grandfather died, creditors came out of the woodwork claiming all sorts of debts owed by my grandfather that were just not true. My grandmother lost everything. I don’t want that to happen to anybody else.”

Bill is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, all Superior Courts of California, all Appeals Courts of California, the United States District Court of the Ninth Circuit, the United States Appeals Court of the Ninth District, the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Ninth District and the Bankruptcy Appeals Board of the Ninth Circuit.

Education

Bill excelled in school. He graduated summa cum laude from undergraduate school, attended Rutgers and UCLA School of Law and passed the very difficult California Bar Exam on his first try. While in law school, Bill won a number of prestigious accolades. He was the Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Record and even won winning a spot on the Rutgers National Appellate Moot Court Competition Team. He founded Carswell Law in 2005 and has been happily taking care of clients ever since.
