Elizabeth Neyens

I am a family-centered lawyer who protects the best interests of Washington County residents and fights for the best possible outcome on their behalf. As an attorney, my goal is to truly build relationships and become a trusted adviser for people in transition amidst challenging circumstances. I chose to practice in the areas family law and estate planning because I find them both unique and interesting. Relationships of all types drive our lives. When those relationships sour over a marriage ending or an estate plan being contested, a skilled and compassionate attorney can truly make that all-important difference.

Following a successful sales career, Elizabeth Neyens attended law school to pursue a profession that would provide an opportunity for her to help solve families’ problems during difficult times. Elizabeth graduated from William Mitchell College of Law. She currently practices in Oakdale, Minnesota, primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate & estate administration, and family law, all areas that involve family transitions, challenging circumstances, thoughtful decisions, and careful planning. Elizabeth aims to be not only a legal advocate, but also a calming influence who puts her clients at ease during emotional turmoil.
