Gina is dedicated to helping protect families from the devastating legal effects of disability and death. With proper planning, individuals and families can avoid unnecessary court proceedings, protect their assets, continue their legacies through strategic charitable giving, and provide for the security of loved ones. When Gina’s rancher father was suddenly killed in a vehicle accident, she learned firsthand the obstacles that can arise when estate planning documents are not in place before death. It was a difficult time; as a result, she went to law school determined to help other families avoid the added devastation of the complicated and expensive legal process that she endured.
