Victor Lembo became interested in estates and trusts while helping his grandparents plan for their medical and financial needs. Working as a clerk at several elder law and estate planning firms during law school helped solidify his aspirations to counsel individuals and families in making decisions for their future. Victor strives to meet the unique needs of his clients by offering various options during the planning and administration stages. His communication and organizational skills help them achieve peace of mind.
After graduating law school, Victor served as a judicial law clerk for two years with the Honorable Susan M. Marzetta at the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. He then worked at a large law firm in Baltimore County as an associate attorney where he advised clients through a legal service program in various areas of the law, including estate planning, elder law, real estate, corporate law, contracts and probate. Also, he drafted estate documents and represented clients before the Orphan’s Court. In addition, Victor served as a Managing Attorney supervising the daily operations of the program and was dedicated to providing outstanding client service, for which he was honored with numerous awards. He joined SinclairProsser Law, LLC to focus his practice on estate planning, probate and elder law. Victor manages the Estate Administration Department, helping clients when a loved one has passed away.
Victor is admitted to the Court of Appeals of Maryland and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Estates and Trusts Section and Elder Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association, and the Prince George’s County Bar Association. Also, he is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys and the Anne Arundel County Estate Planning Council.
