Alton C. Todd

Certified by the State Bar of Texas in 1971 following the completion of his law degree at Southern Methodist University, Todd embarked on his legal career at a Galveston insurance defense firm and later joined the law firm of Wellborn, Britt, and Brown in Alvin, Texas. During his 25-year tenure in personal injury practice in Alvin, he founded The Law Firm of Alton C. Todd, which relocated to Friendswood in 2000. Specializing in general civil and trial law, Todd’s expertise encompasses personal injury, negligence, products liability, medical malpractice, and employment law. Alongside his legal practice, he actively engaged in various professional organizations, allowing him to contribute significantly to his profession while continually enhancing his legal acumen to better serve his clients.
