Christina’s clients trust her with details of their family relationships, sensitive financial information, and their future goals and aspirations. She is honored by the trust they place in her and is fully committed to serving their legal needs. She strives to listen to and hear her clients’ needs with understanding, respect and deference. She tackles their legal issues with a passion for efficiency, results and creativity.
Christina combines her law from the University of Louisville with more than 20 years of professional experience practicing with private law firms and financial services companies. Her approach to elder law and estate planning has been formed by her personal experience caring for aging family members. She knows from personal experience the difficult decisions and trying circumstances many clients face. She is constantly building a network of referral sources to help her clients manage the transition to long term care, particularly when no caregivers live in Kentucky. She also enjoys sharing her professional knowledge and personal experience at speaking engagements.
Christina is a proud member of Elder Counsel, Wealth Counsel, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Louisville Bar Association, Secretary of the Executive Committee 2014-2014, Kentucky Bar Association, and a founding member of the KBA Elder Law Section. She and her two children enjoy living in Louisville, her hometown, with their rambunctious boxer and two slightly disgruntled cats. She loves volunteering at her children’s schools and is an active member of Contemplative Outreach of Kentucky.
