Katherine Bender

Katherine is from Miami and studied at Cornell University, getting a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations with a minor in Latin American Studies. She also got her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans, College of Law, graduating at the top of her class and with Certificates in Civil and International Law.

Before going back to Florida, Katherine worked on cases about securities and worker’s compensation, and she helped domestic violence victims and children in over 250 trials. Her peers recognized her and she became a certified Child Welfare Law Specialist. Before co-founding Bender & Robb, PLLC, she worked at a Miami law firm, helping many Florida homeowners get big insurance settlements. Now, she uses her skills to help clients with probate cases, which involves handling assets after someone passes away.
