Attorney Neva Stotler has decades of experience assisting public and private sector employers navigate the challenges that come with having people work for you. Regardless of the number of employees or your revenue, myriad laws and regulations apply to hiring, maintaining, and managing a workforce.A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science, Neva received her law degree from West Virginia University College of Law intending to focus her work on environmental law. In her first job, however, she quickly became acquainted with a group of labor and employment lawyers with whom she would work for the next 21 years of her career, fine tuning her knowledge of local governments, civil rights and employment law. She became a founding member in the firm of Campbell Durrant & Beatty (now Campbell Durrant) through the end of 2013, when she moved to an office in the suburbs of Pittsburgh to focus on private sector employers and to expand her work for municipal governments. The last 6 years with small firms and working as the in house lawyer and director of human resources for Cranberry Township, led her to start her own firm, continuing a family tradition of entrepreneurship, practicing in the area of employment law, human resource counseling, and municipal law for small to mid-sized private and public sector entities.
