Paul Gantner is an owner of Amen, Gantner & Capriano, Your Estate Matters, LLC. Mr. Gantner has been able to bring his business and legal education and experience into a firm that has for many years provided comprehensive estate plans.
During law school, Mr. Gantner worked as a corporate law clerk for Shelter Insurance Companies in Columbia, Missouri. Mr. Gantner also taught a personal finance class to undergraduate students at University of Missouri.
He co-authored an article – “Practical Ethics in Elder Law”, which was published Spring 2010 the St. Louis Bar Journal and also contributed to a chapter in Missouri Bar CLE Desk book – Elder Law – “Planning and Paying for Long-Term Care”, which was re-published 2010. Mr. Gantner has also contributed articles to the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers Midwest Chapter Newsletter (January 2011) and NAELA’s Young/New Attorney Section newsletter, “Fresh Perspectives” (Spring 2011).
Mr. Gantner is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois and is an accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
