- A list of sentimental personal possessions that includes family heirlooms such as jewelry or antiques
- Bank account details including account numbers and the locations of safe deposit boxes.
- Information regarding stocks, bonds, IRAs, government benefits and profit sharing plans
- A copy of the actual insurance policies and beneficiaries If relevant, prenuptial or postnuptial agreements
- A list of debts owed, including amounts and to whom they are owed.
